Liability for Unauthorized Use:
- Users are fully responsible for any harm, damage, or loss caused by unauthorized use of their account, whether due to negligence or credential sharing.
- iGurus will not intervene in disputes between users who have shared account credentials, and any consequences arising from such sharing are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

The submission of a Claim Statement pauses the applicable statute of limitations for 60 days from the date of receipt. Users should send their Claim Statements via email to support@igurus.org, and iGurus will respond to the email associated with the user’s account.

8.7 Attorney Fees and Costs: Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines that one party’s claim or defense was frivolous or made in bad faith.
8.8 Mediation Option: Before proceeding to arbitration, parties may voluntarily agree to mediation facilitated by a neutral third party to reach an amicable resolution.
8.9 Prohibited Legal Claims: Users waive the right to pursue punitive damages or any claim not expressly allowed under these Terms.
8.10 Jurisdiction-Specific Dispute Resolution: If you live in the United States or Canada, by agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes in Small Claims Court or through binding individual arbitration only. You waive the right to participate in any class actions and to have claims decided by a jury, as explained in this Dispute Resolution section.

- The county where the user resides.
- San Francisco, California (or other primary jurisdiction of iGurus).
- Another mutually agreed-upon location.
Users waive the right to file disputes in courts of general or special jurisdiction outside small claims court.

- Informal Resolution Requirement: Mass Arbitration claimants must first complete the informal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.2.
- Bellwether Arbitrations: A group of up to 10 claimants will proceed to arbitration first to serve as test cases. Each of these cases will be assigned to separate arbitrators.
- Mandatory Mediation: After resolving the bellwether cases, both parties will engage in a minimum of 60 days of confidential mediation.
- Alternative Arbitration Provider: If mediation fails, unresolved claims must be pursued through FairClaims, Inc., not the AAA or another arbitration provider.
If a court deems these Mass Arbitration Rules unenforceable, unresolved claims must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction and may be subject to class action.
8.13 Improperly Commenced Arbitration: If either party believes arbitration has been improperly initiated in violation of these Terms, they may seek a court order to enjoin the arbitration. The court may also award legal fees incurred in seeking the order.
